The Walker’s Haute Route is a popular trail, and some accommodation books out well in advance, especially those properties that overlap with other popular trails such as Tour du Mont Blanc, Tour of Monte Rosa and Tour des Combins.
If you’re reading this page, you’ve hopefully drafted an itinerary and are ready to pounce on your target properties. Well done! Unfortunately, though, it’s not usually that straightforward. Some properties accept bookings 12+ months in advance, and others accept bookings only 3 months before the season opens. How do I book a bed or campsite?
All our self-guided Walker’s Haute Route packages include access to our planning app. The web-based app shows the booking status for all accommodation locations, with a “Book now” link. We redirect you to their preferred booking method, including directly on their website, their online booking engine partner, or email.
